All mold layouts are designed in 2-D and 3-D format with your needs in mind. We design to ensure compatibility to press, within envelope of project, projected cycles, and to designated tool standards of life guarantee. Completed designs are provided in hard copy and electronic format after inspected and approved. |
Detailed Design
As our mold layout, the details of all mold components are in both 2-D and 3-D format. Mold components are mono detailed with specifications matched to the layout or assembly designs. Detailed designs are complete with bill of materials. After designs are inspected and approved, hard copies and electronic files are provided. |
